Easter Egg Hunt Open House

Saturday, April 13th from 10 AM to 4PM

Cantigny Park | 1s151 Winfield Rd | Wheaton

The egg hunt runs all day from 10 AM to 4 PM. No registration is required and families will be given a map to see all activity locations. Food vendors will be available to sell a variety of food and snacks. The Visitor’s Center will be screening the movie “Peter Rabbit.” Bring your own Easter basket! Limit 5 eggs per child. Also, feel free to shop the Usborne Book Fair with a great variety of children’s books in the Visitor’s Center. Learn more here.

Safety Town Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 13th | 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Safety Town | 301 Civic Center Plaza | Glendale Heights

Ages 8 and under are welcome to hunt and collect Easter eggs dropped by Peter Cottontail! Safety Town will distribute special bags to ensure fair opportunities for each child participant. This is a FREE event. No registration necessary.

Spring Fling Candy Hunt

Springbrook Nature Center | 130 Forest Ave. | Itasca

As a part of Itasca’s popular Spring Fling program, which includes an “Eggstreme Teen Nite” and “Senior Scramble: 60+ Egg Hunt,” is the Spring Fling Candy Hunt! This is considered the ultimate event for families participating in Spring Fling. Some eggs will contain tickets for special prizes. Bring your own basket and cameras to get photos with the Easter Bunny.

Lombard Annual Easter Egg Hunt & Lunch with the Bunny

Flashlight Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 13th from 10 AM to 12:15 PM

Varble Park & Deer Grove Leisure Center | 1000 W Wood St. | Bensenville

Join 100s of others in the Bensenville Community to collect 1000s of hidden eggs. Bring your own basket! After the eggs are all collected, stick around for crafts, family games, inflatable entertainment and pose for a photo with the bunny in the gym.

Busy Bunny Egg Hunt-SOLD OUT

Saturday, April 13th from 5 PM to 6:30 PM- REGISTRATION FULL

Cosley Zoo | 1356 North Gary Avenue | Wheaton

NOTE: I have been told that unfortunately this event is SOLD OUT.  Please keep them in mind and sign up early next year!

This is an after-hours event at Cosley Zoo. The egg hunt is for ages 2 to 10. This event includes a visit with the Easter Bunny, crafts, activities, animal visits, and full access to the zoo. Each child can expect to get about 15 eggs. Please bring your own baskets or eggs! Check in starts at 4:30 PM, and activities begin at 5 PM. The zoo will be open for access from 5 to 6:30 PM. Of course, remember to dress for the weather as this is an outdoor event.

Family Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday, April 14th from 12:30 to 2:30 PM

Trinity Church | 405 Rush St. #1 | Roselle

Come one, come all to this all-ages family event! Every year, Trinity Church hold this fun Easter egg hunt. Come to celebrate from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. This is a FREE event. No registration necessary.

Flashlight Egg Hunt

Thursday, April 18th from 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM

Knoch Knolls Park | 336 Knoch Knolls Road | Naperville

This is a special event for kids 9 to 14! Bring a flashlight and bag or basket. Refreshments will be served! Since this an outdoor event, please dress for the weather. Pre-registration and a small fee are required. Parents must be present but may not assist them for the hunt. Register here.
